Mark Allan Padolsky, DDS, MAGD became a dentist and opened his dental practice at 401 Peachtree Street in 1982. This Peachtree Street address no longer exists since the medical/dental building that used to be there was torn down to assist with widening highways 75/85. Dr. Padolsky moved his practice to across from the High Museum and later named it " The Atlanta Dental Group " since the name Padolsky was too much for many patients to remember, let alone spell correctly. In 1988 the dental practice was again relocated to its current location at 1624 Piedmont Avenue. We plan on making this our permanent home.

          Jeffrey S. Smith, DDS joined the Atlanta Dental Group  in 1996 and does most of the root canal therapy and removable denture work for us. Dr. Padolsky and Dr. Smith have know each other for 22 years and were roommates at Emory Dental School.

          The Atlanta Dental Group PC has 12 staff members differing in age, background and training. However, each staff member shares with the others a strong concern for our patients.
