Dr. Padolsky is committed to his patients and his practice of Dentistry. Of course, bringing in a new dentist is a great concern because it must be someone who shares his concerns and is sincerely interested about the patients. The Atlanta Dental Group PC is unusual compared to most traditional dental practices in that most dental services are provided in our office. Dr. Padolsky performs the oral surgery, implant placement, TMD treatment, orthodontics ( including Invisalign ), and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Jeffrey Stephen Smith has been with the group for 7 years and Dr. Foster recently left after having a baby after working 5 years with the Atlanta Dental Group PC.
Dr. Padolsky believes in constantly improving his skills and is a Master of the Academy of General Dentistry. He recently passed the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry Accreditation examination and is working his way towards being recognized as an Accredited member of the AACD. Associates have the opportunity to learn and grow and CE is part of the emphasis. It is a learning environment. The practice currently offers all porcelain crowns, Zoom whitening, cosmetic gingival contouring surgery and much more. Dr. Padolsky is skilled in smile design. We also offer digital imaging to our patients.
Dr. Padolsky prefers long term associations especially since the associate will be learning orthodontics and helping to care for patients in orthodontic treatment. This treatment often takes two to three years. In exchange, Dr. P will pay for the American Orthodontic Society extended orthodontics course given in Atlanta, Georgia and the associate dentist will be paid during the weeks of these courses. Most courses are on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Dr. Padolsky is a Fellow of the American Orthodontic Society. He is also an Invisalign certified provider.
The dental practice also currently pays for the malpractice insurance of associates and offers paid vacation days. The practice is in a growing area of Atlanta and offers professionals an enriched life. Dr. Padolsky has taught TMD at both UAB and Upitt and is an expert in the field. He has performed TMD orthodontics and full mouth reconstructions. He personally did his own laboratory work for several years after beginning dental practice in Atlanta. Doctors work with an assigned dental assistant which the dental practice pays. Dr. Padolsky has been doing dental implants since 1987 and has attended two MCG Maxicourses and many other implant courses.
The best way to first get an idea of whether the Atlanta Dental Group PC is for you is to have dinner with Dr. Padolsky to see if you and him are compatible. After establishing a friendship, the next step is to see the dental practice. Finally, the contract is reviewed together with Dr. Padolsky one on one since Dr. P believes that relationships are between people. At this point the potential associate can visit with his attorney to review documents and to get answers to his or her legal questions.
