The Citi Health Card is accepted at the Atlanta Dental Group PC. Patients can even apply in our office and often get instant approval while they are there. It's a credit card that can only be used for health care expenses. That's a good idea because your dental health care is important and since you can't max your card limit out with a big screen TV or on vacation expenses, your available limit is always there for your dental health care expenses.

          There's no application fee to apply for the Citi Health Card and there's no annual fee for you to have to pay either. You can arrange for low monthly payments and unlike some dental loans, there's no pre-payment penalty. Your card can also be used for other family members, too or it can be used to pay off what your dental insurance doesn't pay. Approved patients can even view, manage and pay their Citibank accounts online.

          The Citi Health Card Customer Service line operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. ET or patients can use the online services.
