Another option is mixing a denture cleaner and water in a bowl and heating the cleaning solution in a microwave for about one minute. Remove the bowl and check to be sure that the solution is not so hot that it burns your finger. This is a very effective way of eliminating bacteria on dentures. It's important not to heat the water to much or to do this too often since over exposure to hot water can warp dentures.
