These would then be used to create trays that would fit exactly over their teeth. Each night the patient would put a small amount of whitening gel in these trays and then place them over their teeth. These would be worn for around 4 hours a day for two days. If there are no problems, the patient will then wears the covers for eight hours while sleeping for one week

          A popular cosmetic tooth bleaching procedure called Zoom can whiten teeth up to 8 shades in less than one hour. The procedure begins with a short preparation that isolates your lips and gums, in order to protect them. The Zoom dentist then applies the proprietary Zoom tooth whitener to the patients teeth! A specially designed light is then used to activate the Zoom tooth whitening gel. The gel is then reapplied twice. After the light activation is done a five-minute fluoride treatment finishes the procedure. The dentists at the Atlanta Dental Group PC are now using the new and improved Zoom 2 procedure.
