Dental Expert Witness

                Dr. Padolsky has been a dental expert witness for many years. He initially does a complete case review to determine standard of care violations and to review any issues of proximal cause. Since there are usually several doctors involved, the review contains an opinion of each of the plaintiff patient's treatments. At the end of a case review, a report is prepared that reviews the dental malpractice case.

               As a retained dental expert witness, he often prepares extensive list of dental deposition questions aimed at unearthing key facts related to the plaintiff patient's case. Included with these questions is a line of questioning strategy and some elementary explanations of the dental care involved.

               If necessary, this dental expert witness can give deposition regarding the reviewed facts. In most cases, however, many of the dental malpractice cases are settled without going any further. In cases of frank dental malpractice, he will provide testimony to help resolve key and critical issues at court.
