If you are in pain or if you have an immediate dental problem and you would like to see an Atlanta Dental Group PC dentist, our dentists and staff would be happy to see you. During the emergency dental visit, all emergency dental patients have a panoramic x-ray and a limited oral examination to determine exactly what the problem is and how to treat this dental problem. An emergency treatment plan is then carefully designed for you with the aim of solving the dental problem that you have. The Atlanta Dental Group PC staff always print out all of our treatment plans and provide every emergency patient with a copy before any treatment is done.

          The panoramic x-ray, limited oral examination, emergency treatment plan and financial consultation costs about $ 188.00 (as of 1/2007). After discussing your treatment options and once you have decided what you want to do, a financial staff member will discuss your financial options with you. Hopefully an acceptable payment plan can be designed for you and we can then start your needed emergency dental care.

          If you do not have the $ 188.00 available for your panoramic x-ray and examination, you can apply online right now for a CitiHealth Card. If you are approved, the funds will be available to you when you get to the Atlanta Dental Group PC office.

1. Click on the CitiHealth Card link below.
2. In the For Consumers area, click on the red Apply Now button
3. A message may come up saying, " This page may contain secure and nonsecure items. Do you want to display the nonsecure items? " Click on yes.
4. In the provider Type pull down box it says Select one. Click on the downward facing arrow.
5. Place your cursor on dental and click.
6. Click on continue. The CitiHealth Card application now appears on your screen. You are now in a secure area and there should be a yellow lock on the bottom right hand corner of your browser screen. Fill in the application carefully and click on continue.

          If you need an email address, you can get a free email at hotmail.com. Citibank will send you a CitiHealth credit card in the mail but our Atlanta Dental Group PC staff will arrange for your payment without your card so you can come in immediately. If CitiHealth declines your application, you can still visit the Atlanta Dental Group PC but your treatment options may be more limited. In this case, you must bring official government ID, such as a driver's license, and an imprinted check. We will try our best to help you.
