The dentists at the Atlanta Dental Group PC give a five percent Invisalign discount when a patient pays in full by certified check before Invisalign treatment is begun. Invisalign is much different than regular braces since the Invisalign dentist has to make a lump sum payment to the have the aligners made and this large payment is a lot of money. Unfortunately, some patients don't care.

         Although we love our patients, we can't acquire large debts to treat them. Because of this, our Invisalign discount has to be limited to five percent. It is only offered with prepayment and not with patient financing. Financing companies usually charge the dentist about five to seven and a half percent and only pay the dentist 92.5% of the Invisalign price. When a patient prepays without financing, this fee is passed on to the patient.

         An Invisalign discount is given as a courtesy since prepayment reduces the amount of time our staff work on a patient's finances. It also assures us that this patient will not run out of money and fail to have his or her necessary Invisalign braces treatment completed. That's a great relief to our dentists since they are very uncomfortable with incomplete treatments.
